Privacy Policy

1. Information involved in the service

• Account information: your sign-in email, profile details you provide and membership information.
• Campaign information: product briefs, imported contacts, campaign settings, conversations with AI tools, message content, delivery records and campaign results you create or supply.
• Connected mailbox information: account email and profile details used to identify your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, plus connection authorization information needed to act on your behalf.
• Communications: information you submit through our contact form or in support and privacy requests.

Campaign records may include recipient addresses, subjects, message bodies, statuses and any reply information received through configured campaign features. Calling features may involve call records, transcripts and recordings where enabled and disclosed.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, manage membership, save your workspace, prepare and execute the campaigns you request, show results and respond to your requests. Campaign content you submit to AI features is processed to produce the requested drafts, plans or analysis.

You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to upload contacts, contact recipients and provide information about other people. Do not upload information that you are not authorized to share.

3. Gmail and Google account access

Connecting Gmail is optional and requires your approval. Cengar AI requests Google email and profile permissions to identify your account, and the gmail.send permission to send messages from your connected mailbox for the campaign and test-email actions you request.

The Gmail connection does not request permission to read your inbox, search your mailbox or list existing messages. Sending involves transmitting the recipient, subject and email content to Google. Cengar AI may retain its own campaign-message records independently of your Gmail mailbox.

Google account information and Google-derived data are used only for the requested mailbox and campaign functions. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Cengar AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access and transfers are limited to those permitted by that policy, including providing the requested functionality, necessary security purposes and applicable legal obligations.

4. Outlook and other mailbox services

Outlook connections identify your Microsoft account and authorize sending on your behalf. Each customer connects their own mailbox. A custom email domain must be hosted by a supported mailbox service; owning a domain alone does not provide sending access.

5. Service providers and sharing

Providing the service involves providers for application hosting, account access, data storage, payment processing, AI processing, calling and mailbox connections. Lovable provides application infrastructure and the connection service used to communicate with Google or Microsoft. Connected mailbox providers receive the information needed to authorize your connection and deliver requested emails.

Email recipients receive messages you send to them. Where you use AI or calling features, the relevant service receives the content needed for that function. Google-derived data remains subject to the Limited Use commitments above. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or permitted for necessary security purposes.

6. Storage and retention

The service stores account and campaign records so you can return to your workspace and review activity. Mailbox authorization information is retained while needed for your connection. Disconnecting a mailbox does not automatically delete existing campaign history, messages already delivered or records held by the mailbox provider.

Retention depends on the type of information, your use of the service and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period or deletion deadline. Contact us to request deletion and clarification of any records that must be retained.

7. Your choices and requests

You can disconnect Gmail or Outlook in Settings → Email. You can also revoke Cengar AI’s authorization through your Google Account’s third-party connections or your Microsoft account’s application permissions. Revocation does not recall emails already sent.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The application uses browser storage and session information to maintain sign-in and preserve your requested campaign through signup and membership steps. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove an unfinished request saved in that browser.

9. Changes and contact

Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Materially new uses of Google data require appropriate disclosure and consent before that use begins.
